Most of Ohio's new school levies failed Tuesday, according to the Ohio Association of School Boards. That's the lowest success rate for these bond issues and levy requests since 2007 when the country was on the cusp of the Great Recession.

The Beachwood community voted to approve the bond issue that will fund the constriction of two new elementary schools and update the Fairmount Early Childhood Center.

The minors sent threatening messages to several high school and middle school students through Instagram over the course of the past month.
