Roberts Set News Today

TWTD understands that midfielder Gary Roberts is closing in on a move to League One Hudderfield Town. Roberts, who was linked with the Terriers along with Alan Lee earlier in the week, was one of a number of players to miss this mornings open training session.

Midfielder Gary Roberts looks set to remain with the Blues for the rest of the season after Crewe admitted failure in their bid to take the former Accrington man on a second months loan. Roberts returned to action earlier in the week after recovering from the achilles injury which ended his first month.
