Colleen and Rodney Marshall filed a complaint on May 12 in the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County Pennsylvania against Bake, Inc d/b/a Subway #24838 for negligence and loss of consortium.
According to the
complaint, Colleen Marshall purchased food on Jan. 27, 2020, at Subway located at 711 Woodhall Drive in Willow Street. Marshall alleged that after receiving her food, she went to the soda machine to get a drink.
