Swedish staffing firm Poolia (POOLB: SS) reported revenue for the fourth quarter ending 31 December 2021 of SEK 533.3 million (€50.1 million), an increase of 31.5% compared to the previous year.

Poolia, a Sweden-based staffing firm, is buying a 96.5% stake in Malmo, Sweden-based HR tech firm Roi Rekrytering Sverige AB and its recruitment platform Workspace Recruit. Poolia will pay SEK 32.5 million (EUR 3.1 million).
