The votes are in, and Bob Morris will be serving as Cave Creek’s next mayor, joined by a split council with three returning and three new councilmembers.

The Arizona Republic asked Cave Creeks mayoral and council candidates about key issues facing the town.

Among the contests are a competitive mayoral race in Chandler and four of six council seats up for grabs in Peoria.
