Spence was on the TBIs Most Wanted List in October of 2022, facing charges including Attempted First Degree Murder and Aggravated Domestic Assault.

A Hamilton County Jail inmate has filed a federal lawsuit against the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office. 

Jalaycian Barrow, Roderick Fairbanks, and Daylin Rex are accused of assaulting a deputy and fellow inmate at the Hamilton County Jail and Detention Center.

A Chattanooga man accused of shooting the mother of his child and kidnapping his son laughed during witness testimony Tuesday at his preliminary hearing, leading the judge to send him back to a holding cell.

The victim was transported to a local hospital. The victim was not in critical condition.
