Greater Lakes Area Performing Arts celebrating 40 years

Co-directed by three long-time leaders of Greater Lakes Area Performing Arts (GLAPA), this show plays in six performances at the Pequot Lakes High School Theater.

Those interested may audition for one of eight speaking roles

Those auditioning will do a cold reading. All are asked to provide dates conflicting with rehearsals, which are scheduled to begin Aug. 21. Callbacks will be 6 p.m. Aug. 9.

The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey celebrated a very special season opening on Saturday, June 11 with Matthew Barber’s play Enchanted April. It was the first time in two years they have opened a new season. It is also significant because the Madison based theater group also celebrates their 60th Year Anniversary this season.

"Enchanted April," is a sublime, gently comic play by Matthew Barber, based on the novel of the same name by Elizabeth Von Arnim.
