State Superintendent of Education Cade Brumley has hired a “special master” to ride herd over the East Baton Rouge Parish’s special education division after receiving a series of detailed complaints

The Louisiana Department of Education has announced the new appointment of a special master in East Baton Rouge Schools. Roxane West previously worked in DeSoto and Evangeline parishes as a special education program lead.

The annual awareness event helps West and her family get the word out and ensure the accident is never forgotten.
