The Ghost Army was the military's experimental unit which invented the modern art of deceptive warfare.

All was not always as it seemed to enemy troops during World War II courtesy of units assigned to the U.S. Army’s 23rd Headquarters Special Troops.

The unit was comprised of a diverse group of American soldiers, who came together and bonded to complete covert operations using many tools — the most important of them being creativity.
