The company submitted the daily report pursuant to regulation 18(i) of the Buyback Regulations regarding the equity shares

ICICI Bank Limited announced that the bank has allotted 3,26,087 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each on March 28, 2023, via an exchange filing. The issue is under under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) of the Bank.

The allotment of over Rs 72,000 was made on December 27, 2022 under the Employee Stock Option Scheme.
