The Supreme Court of Appeal has ordered that East London attorney Bulelani Rubushe’s name be struck from the roll of attorneys.On Friday, the SCA set aside a Makhanda high court judgment in terms of which Rubushe was suspended from practice for just two years for his “gross overreaching and rapacious and unconscionable conduct” towards a client.
