36,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine delivered to CAR Philippine Information Agency 12 May 2021, 22:38 GMT+10 BAGUIO CITY, May 12 (PIA) - - The Regional Vaccination Operations Center (RVOC) reported that 36,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine were delivered to the Cordillera Administrativbe Region(CAR) this week. These will be used for the second dose of individuals vaccinated with the first tranche of AstraZeneca allocated to the region and for the first dose of the remaining unvaccinated eligible population from priority gtoups A1 (frontline health workers), A2 (senior citizens) and A3 (adults with co-morbidities). RVOC data show there are 10,313 frontline workers who received their first dose last March and are already eligible for their second dose after the 10 to 12 weeks interval.
