What happens when big-time Hollywood descends on a small town to make a movie? Audiences can find out in the tragicomedy "Stones in His Pockets," which opened last week at TheatreSquared in Fayetteville.

The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity, a hilarious, incisive satire that takes on the world of professional wrestling—while, in the process,  powerbombing racism, xenophobia, and the American appetite for spectacle—opens at TheatreSquared on April 13 and will run through May 8. 

When TheatreSquared carries on its tradition of presenting the Amy Herzberg- and Robert Ford-penned adaptation of Charles Dickens' holiday classic "A Christmas Carol" this year, the show will launch in a different world than it did in 2020: Northwest Arkansas is recording fewer covid-19 cases today than it did a year ago, allowing T2 to produce the show for live audiences, versus the streaming performances of the last holiday season.
