Runtech Systems delivers a RunEco vacuum system rebuild Sonoco Cores and Paper Limited Stainland mill in United Kingdom. The delivery includes a RunEco EP600 Turbo Blower with ABB motor and drive, transformer, new EcoSep pre-separators, EcoFlow dewatering measurements and detailed engineering.

Runtech Systems rebuilds vacuum system and improves dewatering at Enstra Paper (Pty) Ltd PM6, South Africa. The delivery includes two low vacuum blowers, three EP600 Turbo Blowers with EcoDrop and EcoSep water separators and an EcoFlow dewatering measurement system for couch save-all and full press section. Runtech Systems has received a repeat order from DS Smith Paper Ltd, Kemsley Mill, for a RunEco vacuum system rebuild on PM4. In the rebuild, existing liquid ring pumps will be replaced by four EP600 Turbo Blowers. Delivery also includes detailed engineering, EcoDrop and EcoSep water separators. With the rebuild, PM4 targets significant energy savings and reduction in CO2 emissions. Ben Jennings, Mill Manager at DS Smith said:

Runtech Systems delivers two RunEco vacuum systems to Shanying Suzhou Paper, at its site in Suzhou, Anhui Province, China. The delivery consists of 14 EP Turbo Blowers and parts for the concrete water separators. RunEco systems will provide vacuum for the two new linerboard machines PM71 and PM72 with design speed of 1,300 m/min and reel width of 8,600 mm. The total production capacity of the corrugating medium machines is around 800,000 tons per year.

Runtech Systems rebuilds vacuum systems at WEPA Italia SRL in Italy. The delivery includes RunEco vacuum systems for two tissue machines, Porcari TM16 and Cassino TM13. Both systems comprise of a Turbo Blower, EcoDrop water separator, EcoSep pre-water separator and EcoFlow online dewatering measurement system. With these RunEco systems, the mills will be able to produce needed vacuum in an energy-efficient, water-free way.
