Playing in his first tournament since the demise of his wife, senior campaigner Ryan Abdon made it matter on Monday by gunning down an eagle and two birdies for a System 36 net four-under-par 68 to win the overall title in the blockbuster Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Miles Elite invitational golf tournament.

The 10th Sherwood Cup, a three-man scramble event, was graced by a total of 135 players composed of the club’s members, guests, and sponsors. Held at the Sherwood Hills Golf Club in Trece Martirez, Cavite on Saturday, November 19, the golf tournament was a welcome respite after hiatus during the pan
