The Royals didnt announce the terms of the agreement, but MLB.coms Jim Callis reported that Kudrna, a right-handed pitcher out of Blue Valley Southwest HS in Kansas, is set to receive a $3 million signing bonus, nearly double the value of the No. 43 overall pick ($1,729,800).
