Coal City Man With Two Prior DUI's Sentenced in Grundy Co.
A Coal City man was sentenced in Grundy County on Tuesday, March 8 th. In January of 2021, Harold Hogan entered into a blind guilty plea on the charge of Aggravated DUI while having two priors, a class two felony. As part of the blind plea, an Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding charge was dropped.
