Díaz-Canel highlights floating dock's operation with China's support
Havana, Oct 25 (Prensa Latina) Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel on Wednesday highlighted the start-up of operations of a modern floating dock in the Port of Havana, with a capacity to lift and repair of ships of about 22,000 tons.
