Facebook Share CLEVELAND, Ohio The office building connected to the famous Agora Theatre in Cleveland’s Midtown neighborhood has new owners who plan to convert some of the rambling building into apartments. Asaf Gishron of the Hungary-based Sabor Group confirmed that the company and a firm in Geauga County now control the Euclid Avenue building, which is about 90 percent filled with tenants. The new owners plan to keep much of the office space while adding new living units.
