The RadExpand 5 Plus is an upgraded version of the previous RadExpand 5, and it brings many great improvements and features that make this e-bike a tough one to compete against. The battery and motor are impressive, but being only able to go up to Class 2 means the RadExpand 5 Plus is limited in its abilities.

Texas lawmakers, a few years ago, passed a bill requiring bullet-resistant windshields on trooper patrol cars. A nonprofit group is trying to get that protection on all police and county patrol cars.

Operation Safe Shield is the newest non-profit in the community with a goal to raise money to upgrade police vehicles with bullet-proof windshields, door panels, and seats.

One Brazos Valley organization has found a way to give back to local law enforcement.
