Both of them, along with BBMP engineers, visited Hennur Main Road which had flooded last year with 80 mm to 90 mm rain per hour, Sai Layout and Geddalahalli. They inspected the areas and instructed the engineers to take measures so that flooding can be avoided during this monsoon.

BBMP engineers said this was conveyed to the Railways and permission was granted to widen the bridge.
