The #2 Old Town Coyotes beat the #10 Lawrence Bulldogs 12-2 on Thursday morning, June 5th in Old Town. The game was stopped after 5 innings because of the 10-run rule.

Voting is now open for the Week 5 High School Athlete of the Week for performances during the week May 13-18.

Trailing 3-2 the Old Town Coyotes scored 2 runs in the top of the 7th inning to beat Ellsworth 4-3 in Ellsworth on Thursday, May 16th.

The OId Town Coyotes rallied from a 4-2 deficit scoring 2 in the bottom of the 7th to tie the game, and then walk-off MDI with 2 outs in the 8th to beat the Trojans 5-4 in Old Town on Tuesday, May 14th.

Addy Waning's grand slam homer in the 3rd inning led the Hermon Hawks to a 5-0 win over Old Town on Monday, May 6th.

The Ellsworth Eagles jumped out to a 3-0 lead in Old Town against the Coyotes, on Friday, April 26th, but Old Town scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 3rd and 1 run in the bottom of the 4th to tie the score 3-3. The Coyotes then rallied to push across 2 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning, and beat Ellsworth 5-3.

Girls’ basketball: The Rams win their first regional title since 2012, beating the defending state champions, 54-46.
