Dolly Khannas portfolio of smallcap stocks, including Salzer Electronics, Zuari Industries, Pondy Oxides & Chemicals, Chennai Petroleum Corp, Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals, KCP Ltd, and J Kumar Infraprojects, rallied 11-76% in 2024, making her nearly Rs 300 crore wealthier.

The domestic market paused on the final trading day of the week, having earlier reached yet another record high, buoyed by positive cues from global markets. Noteworthy strength was observed in the capital goods and industrial sectors, bolstered by advancements in both manufacturing and services.

Salzer Electronics stock gained 8.68% or Rs 52.95 to a fresh high of Rs 662.90 on BSE. Market cap of the firm rose to Rs 1,130.83 crore on BSE.

On Thursday, 2354 stocks advanced, 1504 declined, and 105 remained unchanged on BSE with an advance decline ratio of 1.56, indicating a positive closing of stocks in broader markets.

The ace investor owns more than 50 stocks, the value of which is estimated to be around Rs 5,000 crore. While multibagger BSE is his largest bet where he held around 1.5% stake at the end of the December quarter, 11 of his bets have given double-digit returns in 2024 so far.

Ace investor Dolly Khanna added multibagger JKumar Infraprojects, Ujjivan Financial Services, and Zuari Industries to her portfolio. She bought 1% stake in JKumar Infraprojects, 1.13% in Ujjivan Financial Services, and 1.23% in Zuari Industries. Khanna also trimmed her stake in Chennai Petroleum Corporation. Her portfolio, managed by her husband Rajiv Khanna, includes 18 stocks with a net worth of over Rs 513 crore.

In KCP Sugar, Dolly Khanna raised her stake to 1.35% in the December quarter from 1.26% in the September quarter. This smallcap scrip has been a market laggard with 14% returns, which remains below Niftys returns.
