Triathlete Sam Holness, who’s autistic, wants to encourage other neurodivergent athletes.

Last year Sam Holness became the first openly autistic endurance athlete to finish the Ironman World Championship ultra triathlon that was held in Hawaii. The 29-year-old from London entered the Guinness Books of Records after completing the 140.6 mile race in just over 13 hours.
