The new appointees are Alcinda Pereira, as Chairperson and Gavin Kiggen, as Vice-Chairperson & Treasurer. They were elected during an AfBAA meeting just held during EBACE in Geneva and their appointments take effect at the end of May 2023. Notably, Alcinda Pereira is AfBAA’s first female Chairperson.

The new appointees are Dawit Lemma, as AfBAA Vice President, International, based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and Samantha (Sam) Keddle, AfBAA Manager, based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
