The Connecticut Supreme Court opened its first term of the 2023-24 court year Wednesday by hearing oral arguments in two out of three appeals arising from a trade secrets battle between East Hartford-based Dur-A-Flex Inc. and a host of defendant companies linked to research chemist Samet Dy, a former Dur-A-Flex employee.
