“I believe that short freehand workouts work best. I suggest 20 reps each of push-ups, crunches, jump squats and burpees. Repeating these exercises 3 or 4 times should do the trick for a quick, overall, feel-good body pump and to keep your stamina and muscle tone in check. Additionally, these exercises will help keep your body looking and feeling good!” says Actor Prateik Babar.

A smart thing to do is to take a break between the different varieties of food that you try or the various courses. This will give you enough time to gauge your hunger levels and prevent you from overeating and thereby gaining weight,â says Health Coach, Neha Ranglani.
