11 30 they were called to the concord bus station where they found the victim on fire trying to put it out himself. They say he was working on car and had gas on his clothes and police say he was in a car with another person when one of the two of them lit a cigarette. And it was that combination the vapor from the gas on the victims clothes mixed with the lighter that caused him to catch on fire. Police say he suffered nonlife threatening injuries. It varies by who the speaker is, it varies by which party is in control of the house and which partys in control of the senate, and it varies on the personal or the personalities of the speaker and the Senate Leadership. Theres an expectation that speakers need to have an open line of communication with the leadership in the senate because you cant get any legislation enacted without the senates approval. And so to that respect, there is some kind of communication or relationship.
