After months of fundraising to replace their 30-year-old roof, the Committed Alliance to Strays (C.A.T.S.) is finally getting a new one -- for free.

MEDFORD, Ore. -- Committed Alliance to Strays has its highest adoption rates in 11 years.

Earlier this month, area high school teachers, counselors and administrators from several districts and counties were able to join college faculty, student services and administrators for a Dual Enrollment Summit at Woodland Community College.
