Over 100 people filled the space to help celebrate the launch of The Salon at Helena College.

This newly-renovated space is where the cosmetology students will gain hands-on experience.

After about two decades with their home at the Montana Club, Hometown Helena just moved their meeting location to Helena College.

On Friday, October 6, fifth-graders from Bryant Elementary got a colorful lesson in Art at Helena College.

“When the job came open, I thought, I’m going to stay here,” Sandy Bauman said. “I always say they’re just little kids in big bodies. I think we have the greatest kids. They’ve always been so respectful to me; they’ve never made me feel old. I love them, they are so awesome.”

About 40 Bryant Elementary fifth-graders received honorary degrees Friday from Helena College.
