Kim Fast and a friend Saturday afternoon, July 8, were near the foot of Wilson Lake in Wilton when a young moose jumped in the lake to go around them.

For more than 30 years, Sandy and Wynn Muller have worked tirelessly to implement conservation programs and engage locals in protecting Wilson Lake. 

Ryan's 35 years of service puts her “in a very elite group of uber-dedicated volunteers”; it places her in the top 1% of the hundreds of volunteers who have ever served.
