Sleuths of task force, formed to investigate about properties of don-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed through illegal means, detained a key business operative of slain gangster and interrogated him at length, on Thurday. Police sources said that the business associate has been detained to compile information on slain gangster’s benami properties across the state, claiming that the “task force has detained the key business associate for quizzing only”.
