Downtown Helena Incorporated has voted to dissolve as an organization as of Wednesday morning. Members of the group will now merge with the Helena Business Improvement District.

The two groups already share an office and telephone number at 330 N. Jackson St.

Organizers and participants are working as hard as ever to make the annual Parade of Lights a success and prop up the annual holiday events future.
