After Cynthia Lai lost her son to suicide, she wanted to do something to raise awareness and help other teens struggling with mental health.

The second annual Sashbear N.L. Walk On The Rock also raises money for a program that offers therapy for free to family of people with BPD. The founder of Sashbear and an N.L.-based co-ordinator share their stories and hopes surrounding BPD treatment.
