Baked eggs with brown shrimps recipe
Years ago I bought some cute little cast-iron egg dishes in New York, made exactly for meals like this. However, scallop shells work just as well, and luckily there are always plenty kicking around where I live (usually used to decorate the garden or serve as ashtrays). They’re the perfect size for these seafood eggs.
