Hernandez has been charged with Capital Murder but he was on parole for aggravated robbery at the time of the shooting this morning. we re joined live with the very latest. david. john, at the outset it is not believed that anyone in lee zeldin s family was being targeted by this shooting. but it was literally at his front door. a few moments ago i talked to the congressman and he is running for governor here in the state of new york against a democrat cathy hochul and he did tell me his two 16-year-old daughters were in the kitchen when they heard the gunfire. one of the bullets he told me landed 30 feet from where his daughters were sitting. the two daughters immediately locked themselves in a bathroom and then called 911. he issued a statement saying in parting the two individuals shot were laying under my front porch in the pitches in front of our porch. my understanding is that they ve been transported to area hospitals and i do not know their identities and the law enforcement is at my house and my family is homeworking with investigators and working with home cameras and my daughters are shaken b
