Missouri must change transfer rule for high school athletes | Opinion

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Glendale High School Quarterback was in court asking a judge to decide whether he can take the field on Friday nights.

Operations Officer Scot Phillips, who coordinates the membership campaign, says this year’s goal is to finish the year with 825 members.

Only 38 other high schools in the U.S. have earned the same honor as Central, Glendale, Hillcrest, Kickapoo and Parkview high schools in SPS.

The group will host a pop-up gallery June 25 at Tremont Coffee.

The annual Junior Achievement expo is April 21, with students from five area high schools competing. There are 13 JA companies entered.
