Roetzel, Kelderman named to South Dakota's 7th Circuit Court
Governor Kristi Noem has named two Rapid City attorneys to serve as judges on the states Seventh Circuit Court, which encompasses Custer, Fall River, Oglala Lakota and Pennington counties.
