Screening Camp in Srinagar Identifies Critical Congenital Heart Defects in Children, Urgent Intervention Needed

New Delhi [India], June 27: On Saturday, June 24th, a screening camp was organised for children with Congenital Heart Defects in Srinagar, Kashmir by Rotary Club Rajouri, Jammu & Kashmir Rotary district 3070, Genesis Foundation and Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center, Cochin. A total of 250 children were screened and 97 (39%) were identified to be need of an intervention in the form of a heart surgery or a catheter procedure.

Maharashtra: 93 persons test Covid-19 positive after village feast | Pune News

Reresenative image. BULDHANA: As many as 93 villagers in Maharashtras Buldhana district have tested coronavirus positive, many of them after attending a village feast, sources said on Tuesday. The local authorities have declared the Pota village having a population of over 700 persons a containment zone.
