First, anybody found to have manipulate order falsified records at v.a. facilities has to be held accountable. the inspector general at the v.a. has launched investigations into the phoenix v.a. and other facili facilities. some individuals have already been put on administrative leave. i know people are angry and want script reckoning. i sympathize with that. but we have to let the investigators do their job and get to the bottom of what happened. >> joining me now with much more on all of this...
