Little by little, downtown Crystal River business owners and employees have started cleanup efforts. For some, the damage has been greater than it has for others.

Higher prices or shakiness of the economy notwithstanding, people still have to eat. But quick-serve and fast-casual restaurants have had to rethink the definition of “value" against the ever-evolving backdrop."Both guests and restaurateurs alike are price sensitive at this moment, so everyone is looking to create and communicate value, and bundled or value meals make that possible," says Sean Willard, a menu engineering specialist in San Diego, California.

As food and labor costs rise, restaurants are getting strategic with their menus to avoid reprinting new ones every week.

I used three different CBD products (herbal tea, hand cream and tissue oil) to test their efficiency. The jury is still out on whether I'll be using them permanently.
