HANNIBAL — Weather permitting, Oct. 16, work is scheduled to begin on a bridge replacement project located on Missouri Route 149 over Walnut Creek, 1.2 miles south of Missouri Route 156 near Gifford, in Macon County. Weather permitting, anticipated completion of the new bridge is scheduled for late January 2024.
