Noida Authority is planning to relocate to its new office in Sector 96 off the expressway by November this year. Engaging a consultant to fix issues after an IIT-Delhi study raised concerns about structural defects in the building.

The Noida Authority will soon seek help from a private company to retrofit and reinforce its Sector 96 office building, which has been in the works since 2016. An IIT-Delhi report recently highlighted multiple structural issues in the building’s columns and beams and suggested engaging an expert. The Authority will then undertake retrofitting and reinforcement work.
