We do need to go through a restructuring. i think we can make the state department more effective or efficient with the same or less resources and do a better mission. this administration and congress needs to understand that the state department does a great job in conflict mitigation. for every diplomat, that saves us having to use missiles and guns. its way cheap tore use state department and way more peaceful. i think we can make some serious reforms in the state department, but i agree, we ...
