Prospex Energy announces conditional placing and subscription to raise GBP 2.395 million
Prospex Energy has raised £2.395 million before expenses, through a conditional placing and subscription. Proceeds will be used to acquire 20% of the Selva Field in Italy, more than doubling the companys current holding, and fund the development costs of the Selva project to first gas expected in Q1 2023.
