Those two exceptions should be made, they would not, they would not. i have to say there were four senators who did vote for that exception and that was senators ward, jones, marsh and mcclendon. and i applaud them for that. it was also in the senate that it was those all-republican men that voted this into law, but before it got to the senate it came from the house of representatives, which is where it started. and let me make sure everyone knows that it was a woman, representative terry collin...
