An Island psychiatrist who was accused of abusing a patient by using "behaviour modification therapy" has been cleared of all allegations by the governing body for doctors on P.E.I.

A Summerside, P.E.I., psychiatrist who is the subject of a professional misconduct hearing this month had a separate and still-unresolved complaint lodged against him more than three years ago, a board of inquiry convened by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of P.E.I. heard Monday.
