A South Carolina man has filed a lawsuit with the United States District Court in Boston alleging that the actions of two members of the Sandwich Police Department during a 2018 incident left him with permanent injuries. Jesse Anderson, formerly of Sandwich, filed the civil lawsuit on December 11 against Sandwich Police Officer Nathan Reid, Sergeant Joseph Cotter, and the Town of Sandwich.
