Sergeant Patrick Mthethwa has told the High Court in Pretoria there were no obvious signs of a shooting when he and a colleague arrived at the Senzo Meyiwa crime scene.

The first police officer to arrive at the scene where Senzo Meyiwa was shot has given evidence about what happened that day.



Advocate Zandile Mshololo who represents accused number five has concluded her cross examination with Sergeant Thabo Mosia.

THE murder trial of former Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa continues in the North Gauteng High Court on Tuesday, 12 July.

The National Prosecuting Authority has also been ordered to clarify where it stands on the second Meyiwa docket

The so-called second docket on the murder of former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper, Senzo Meyiwa, in which the identified suspects allegedly included his girlfriend Kelly Khumalo and her mother, was initially only disclosed to advocate Malesela Teffo and not the prosecution. 



THE Senzo Meyiwa trial continued on Tuesday, 7 June, with the cross-examination of state witness Sergeant Thabo Mosia.

THE murder trial of Bafana Bafana goalkeeper and captain Senzo Meyiwa has been postponed to Monday, 13 June.
