Hello, mine is not turned on. Mr. President , supervisor aaron peskin is rising to make a motion to recess the Board Meeting pending legal counsels answer to our last question. Second . Second. Seconded by supervisor mandelman. Can i ask a question. Could we could i make a friendly amendment to your motion and say that we we leave it to our president to decide whether or not we need a special meeting on monday or or if were unable to vote down the order number three . Yeah, thats what i suggested earlier that if we dont get a clear answer then we could always do that. And we dont need a motion. Excuse me. Can you get to the mike, i cant hear you. Theres a motion on the floor to vote on the first and second supplement and there wasnt any questions about that, except supervisor peskin asked if we read it point of order. Actually there is a motion to go into recess. So i think we need to address that motion first. Oh, okay, i was getting there. Can i make a friendly amendment to the motio
Dr. Arigon will be providing that as soon as hes here. Its the most up to date information we had as of this weekend but the situation changes recalledly with regard to recommendation. I will emphasize a couple of things in advance of the doctors comment. We have no newly diagnosed cases in San Francisco of the coronavirus at this time. There are a total of 11 cases across the country that had been reported. Six in california. Two patients diagnosed in a nearby county who were transferred to ucsf. I want to emphasize again, we have no newly diagnosed cases in San Francisco. I also think its very important that we, as a Health Department, express that this is Public Health. This is classic Public Health. We have been through a number of these preparations with sars, with h1n1, with concerns around ebola and so we have expertise in this area to be as prepared as possible. Obviously, its not possible to fully people for every plausible scenario, but were taking, basically, scientific step
Track this storm hour by hour light bands of rain starting to make its way into the north bay by around 3 oclock. During the overnight hours very early sunday morning for the rest of us in the bay area, the light bands of rain wont start to arrive until around 6. 30 for your sunday morning and it is going to peak between 4 to 09 00am for your sunday morning, some fortunately this is going to be an overnight rain event but light to moderate rain will impact the bay area. The one thing working in the favor of those of you in the north bay specifically near that kincade fire burn area is that no flood advisories have been issued for not going to be as strong the storm light to moderate downpours but not heavy downpours to warrant any flood warnings or advisories in that area by sunday afternoon we start to dry out from this storm sunday night it starts exit leaving behind a very cool air mass for your sunday night into your monday morning so keep that in mind and as i fast forward trackin
Is what it is of course the a heaviest rain going on right now extending on to the east bay usual notice off to the delta antioch san Ramon Fremont still in San Francisco, then somewhat moderate rain up in the north bay and peninsula to zoom in just a little closer here extending down to san mateo as well but the heaviest rain not your imagination. Yes, pounding pretty nicely on the east bay shoreline as we speak now, what rose everywhere, this is the shot from the golden gate little bit of fog going on for this morning as well as we talked about, but it still make out the north and tower putting into motion. Yes, there is a break upstream. So this heavier rain is really going to be pretty much an earlymotning phenomena with some scattered showers continuing with some clearing this afternoon to check out this fog year. Look at this we have this radiation fog all over the bay pretty much universal and it startv to break up as we approach around high noon into the afternoon look at that
